By using this website you (the user) are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated in this document. Balmain Hair UK reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, therefore please check before making a purchase.
Purchasing – Create an account with us before making a purchase. This allows you to store all order history, shipping and billing details to save you time when re-ordering. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive flash offers and new product information. You can browse the website by clicking on the categories at the top. When you click onto a product you simply choose your colour (if a hair product) and quantity then click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart ready to go through to the checkout process. When all products you wish to purchase are in your cart you will be asked to login, if you are not already logged in, before you make your purchase. The checkout process takes you through a few simple steps to fill out the relevant information until you have finalised your order. Your payment will be taken on the items being dispatched. All orders taken Monday – Friday before 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email of your order which also states ‘your contract to purchase these items is not complete the items have been dispatched to you.’ If no email is sent to you, please contact our office to make sure the order has been successfully made.
Coupons & Discount Codes – Coupon codes can only be used singularly and not in conjunction with any other offers. We do not allow multiple offers to be claimed together.
Products – Balmain Hair UK will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product or products that you have purchased from our website once it has left our office/warehouse. We won’t accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or damaged due to the following - perming, colouring or cutting. Balmain Hair UK recommends you read all instructions before use. We recommend that all professional products should be used by trained hair extension stylists (preferably Balmain Hair trained). . Hair & fibre colours will vary on your computer due to different monitor resolution so we recommend you colour match the hair with our colourrings available. If not you can call the office for advice. Human Hair extensions can be coloured by professional hairdressers. Some images used may be used as reference only and the product you receive may differ to what may be shown, please see item descriptions for an up to date specification of products.
Remittance Terms - All goods must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched. Payment is taken when the order has been picked and packed and awaiting dispatch.
VAT & Tax Charges - VAT is chargeable at 20% on all purchases from the UK. VAT is included in Consumer prices and excluded in professional prices.
Payment - All prices are in Great British Pounds Sterling £. We accept most major credit & debit cards. DO NOT send credit or debit card details by e-mail as this is unsafe. Our web store is extremely secure and should be the only method of payment.
Shipping And Handling – Balmain Hair UK uses Interlink to deliver all parcels. All parcels will be sent to the address provided in the "ship to" part of the order process. You can find more detailed information about shipping options on our Delivery Pages. All orders made before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders made Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Shipping Costs - The shipping costs are always displayed in the order process and there is an option to estimate shipping and taxes in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Courier annual rises.
Amendments to Orders - We cannot amend an order that has already been processed and dispatched. If you would like to amend the order you can call the office or email email@example.com and we will try our best to action any changes.
Customer Returns - In the event of any unwanted product(s) you must notify that you want a refund within 14 days of receiving the products. You may return them unopened and unused in a resalable condition within 28 days of first receiving the products, along with any other items / free gifts received with it, for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a resalable condition and will not be accepted back if worn or opened. Our packaging carries a health and hygiene seal, if this seal has been broken we will be unable to accept the return. Postage charges will apply if exchanged for another item, in order for us to send the new product. If we have sent the incorrect product please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or phone. If we have sent an incorrect order we will replace and reimburse you for all postage costs. Once we have received your products back we will replace and reimburse you for the postage it cost to return to us. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. You must include your name and address with a copy of your purchase invoice along with your reason for the return.
Refunds - Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving a return or cancellation request.
Returns By Courier - If you are not home when the courier delivers your goods they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery as instructed and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are liable for any surcharges up to a maximum of £15 that the courier charges us to have it returned to the sender.
Privacy – We will always protect and respect your privacy. We will not disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party. We do not send you any unsolicited Emails other than information regarding your order, offers or any updates to the website and stock when you have opted in to our newsletter.

Balmain Hair is a trade only distributor. By ordering products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified users of our products. We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status and to refuse to fulfill an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade customer. As a business user, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using. Products on this site are not for sale to members of the general public.

All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may, at our option, send a carefully selected substitute. If the substitute item has a lower price we will charge the lower price. We will not charge you more than your original order total without your permission. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All orders for goods are subject to availability and Balmain Hair UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery and are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.
Payment in full is required to be made by any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa (including Electron), MasterCard or Maestro through this website prior to dispatch of goods.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours however this can vary due to stock availability. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a courier ‘next working day’ delivery service for all orders dispatched by us to UK mainland. Please allow an extra working day for delivery to UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Delivery notification service
If your order is dispatched via courier service we’ll pass your email mobile number to our courier company. This will enable them to notify you when the parcel is out for delivery and give you the option to rearrange if necessary. This service will not apply to goods dispatched direct from our suppliers or deliveries outside of the UK.
Your online account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.
Ownership of goods
We will retain ownership of the goods you order until we receive full payment for the order including the applicable delivery charges. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Returning goods bought online is no problem, all we ask is that they’re returned within 28 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com inform us of your intention to return goods and whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund. Goods must be returned to the address shown at the bottom of this page, please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return. We strongly recommend you use some form of recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods. If you’re unable to send goods back to us you can request that we arrange a collection, however the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. The original delivery charge cannot be refunded. Furniture and equipment orders may be subject to additional conditions, please see below for details.
Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns that have been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or wrongly delivered goods
We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received please inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll arrange a collection of the goods (at our cost) and send out replacements as soon as possible. If it is more convenient for you to send the goods back to us, let us know and send to the address at the bottom of this page (refunds cannot be processed in-store) using recorded delivery and we’ll reimburse you the cost of this.
